Dr. Joshua Mondlick
Dr. Joshua Mondlick is a board-certified periodontist renowned for blending expertise in oral health with facial aesthetics, providing a rejuvenating, patient-centered approach. With an eye for beauty and harmony, Dr. Mondlick crafts personalized treatment plans that enhance both oral health and aesthetic appeal, helping patients achieve radiant smiles and youthful, refreshed skin.
Specializing in advanced techniques, Dr. Mondlick integrates Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) therapy, a regenerative treatment that taps into the body’s natural healing abilities, effectively addressing skin and tissue restoration needs. PRF is rich in growth factors, enhancing cell regeneration for faster healing, making it the perfect complement to Dr. Mondlick’s diverse procedures, from esthetic gum grafting and dental implants to facial skin rejuvenation and bone grafting. Unlike PRP, PRF is 100% natural, with no additives or anticoagulants, offering a safe and effective option that smooths wrinkles, refines skin texture, and revitalizes the face with minimal downtime and long-lasting effects.
Dr. Mondlick earned his dental degree from the University of Buffalo, followed by specialized periodontics training at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Manhattan, NY. In addition to his private practice in Phoenix, AZ, and previously in San Antonio, TX, he served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Periodontics at Midwestern University and regularly hosts study clubs for dentists and hygienists. As an active member of the International Academy of Dental Specialists (iADS), Dr. Mondlick is at the forefront of regenerative and aesthetic periodontal innovations, always bringing the latest in oral and facial rejuvenation to his practice.
Named a “Top Doc” by Phoenix Magazine, Dr. Mondlick is dedicated to helping patients experience renewed confidence through optimal oral health and rejuvenated skin. When he’s not transforming smiles and skin, he enjoys exercising, playing pickleball, and going on family bike rides with his wife Leah and their children, Abe, Zane, and Halle.
Diana Lopez, RN, BSN
Diana brings a unique combination of advanced skin expertise, clinical training, and an artistic eye to aesthetic medicine. With more than a decade of experience spanning professional skincare and medical aesthetics, Diana approaches treatment with a deep understanding of facial anatomy, skin health, and the importance of creating results that look natural, balanced, and refined.
Before becoming a registered nurse, Diana spent eight years as a licensed esthetician specializing in advanced facial treatments and laser therapies. That experience created a strong foundation in skin anatomy, texture, aging, and long-term skin health; knowledge that continues to shape the way she approaches aesthetic treatment today.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2024, Diana transitioned her focus into medical aesthetics and advanced injectable and regenerative therapies. Her areas of focus include neuromodulators such as Botox®, dermal fillers, Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), Natural Bio-Filler, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
Diana has a particular interest in regenerative aesthetics, using treatments that harness the body’s own natural biology whenever appropriate to support healthier-looking skin, improved texture, and subtle rejuvenation. PRF and Natural Bio-Filler allow her to incorporate a patient’s own biologic material into carefully designed treatment plans, creating another option for patients who are interested in a more natural approach to facial rejuvenation.
Her philosophy is not about changing the way someone looks. It is about understanding what has changed over time and thoughtfully restoring balance while preserving the features that make each person unique.
Sometimes that means improving skin quality. Sometimes it means restoring subtle volume, softening expression lines, or combining regenerative treatments with traditional aesthetic therapies to create a more comprehensive result.
One of Diana’s favorite treatments remains neuromodulator therapy because of its ability to subtly soften expression lines and help maintain a refreshed appearance over time. But rather than relying on any single treatment, Diana believes the best outcomes come from creating an individualized plan based on the patient’s anatomy, skin quality, goals, and comfort level.
